Blackhawk Network Launches Incentives Division
Prepaid and payments network Blackhawk Network has launched Blackhawk Engagement Solutions, its new division committed to offering customized engagement, incentive and rebate programs for consumers, sales channels, and employees.
“Blackhawk Network is a leader in providing unique and easily accessible prepaid and egift content,” said Talbott Roche, president of Blackhawk Network. “It was natural for us to extend our solutions beyond retail with the incentives marketplace where we meet needs of consumers, employees and business partners.”
The move aims to capitalize on the growing incentives space, which last year stood at about $41 billion.
“At a time when businesses increasingly rely on incentives to change behaviors and motivate people, Blackhawk Engagement Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of tailored incentive and engagement solutions that can cause beneficial change in the behavior of their consumers, employees and sales channels,” said Juli Spottiswood, senior vice president and general manager of Blackhawk Engagement Solutions.
Its global solutions include awareness campaigns, rebate promotions, retention/loyalty incentives, acquisition/purchase promotions, win-back promotions and subscription incentives for consumer programs.
Additionally, it offers rewards and recognition, incentive, training and education, partner relationship management and channel marketing for corporate employee and sales channel partner programs.
Blackhawk Engagement Solutions also plans to continue conducting research to identify the best opportunities that will drive innovation and leadership.
