BAI To Unveil New and Exclusive Research at BAI Beacon 2018
CHICAGO, Aug. 15, 2018 – BAI announced that new research, including a special report with Digital Banking Report, will be unveiled at BAI Beacon 2018 in Orlando, Fla., Oct. 9 – 11. BAI Beacon is an immersive conference experience designed to take financial services industry goals and challenges and break them down into actionable steps to drive innovation and positive change in the industry.
For a second year, BAI has teamed up with Digital Banking Report to present a cutting-edge, timely research report. This year’s report, “Humanizing the Digital Experience in Banking,” illustrates ways that financial institutions are using data, analytics and digital technology to improve the banking customer experience. By combining consumer and industry research, the report will uncover what consumer expectations are related to digital technology and personalization and how financial services organizations are responding to these needs. The report will include industry case studies of organizations that have successfully implemented initiatives to enhance the digital customer experience.
In addition to being the first audience to see this exclusive research presented, BAI Beacon attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the full report, a $495 value, as part of their conference registration.
BAI will also feature research at BAI Beacon on other relevant, timely topics. These sessions include the impact of the rising rate environment and the consumer banking outlook for 2019.
Two unique customer panel sessions will provide attendees with a live focus group experience to better understand the needs of consumers and small businesses. The consumer panel will focus on the role of a bank in tomorrow’s economy, and the small business panel will provide a customer’s perspective on acquisition, retention and more.
“Harnessing the power of data to understand what consumers want from their financial institution and having a strategy in place to meet these needs is paramount in today’s competitive market,” said Karl Dahlgren, managing director of BAI. “The BAI research presented at BAI Beacon will give attendees a first-hand look into key issues from both the consumer and banker perspective, and provide tangible examples of how to address some of the top challenges facing the industry.”
