Petroleum Card Services Announces Key Addition to Leadership Team
PCS has some more news on hand as it has made headway with a new recruit, putting them in a prime position to succeed.
The company, known as a premier provider of payment processing solutions geared specifically for independent petroleum and convenience store owners recently announced the addition of an industry veteran. Pete Embs has been selected as VP and Business Unit Head. He boasts a decorated resume in payments with over 14 years of experience. Pete will be tasked with the business, overseeing sales, operations, and day-to-day management and will report directly to Robert Purcell, CFO of iPayment, Inc., PCS’ parent company.

Pete had formerly served as Director of Revenue and Financial Planning for iPayment, a role he had retained for five years. While in that role, he was responsible for a wide range of business management analyses, performance based reporting and special projects. Some of these assignments included working with PCS as it happens. He spent his first nine years in the industry with WorldPay, retaining several positions revolving sales management and finance-including VP, Planning and Productivity Management.
