TOPS Software LLC to Integrate BillingTree and Payrazr Payment Technology

The people at BillingTree recently announced that major Community Association software provider, TOPS Software LLC has linked up to offer integrated Merchant Services and Payrazr Marketplace solutions, interfaced via API, to its software apps.

This new agreement infers a highly flexible range of card not present payment options to TOPS clients and their members, encouraging the streamlining and maximization of returns of community payments and dues.

It’s called the Payrazr solution, and it offers Condos and Homeowners Associations leveraging TOPS Software multiple payment channels, including online portals and IVR with the option to accept payment via card and ACH.

The convenient and accessible 24 hour self-serve solutions supply residents with more ways to securely settle their maintenance and service balances as well as set up recurring payments to cut out the possibility of late payments.
