Payments Industry Veteran to Lead i2c’s Global Client Success Organization
i2c is essentially a smarter payments and integrated commerce solutions, and it recently announced that it has appointed Peg Johnson as executive VP of Global Client Success to oversee global oversee global operations of its client services and customer success organizations.
Reporting almost directly to i2c’s CEO, Amir Wain, Ms. Johnson will continue to scale i2c’s service delivery operations and lead a team of highly experienced professionals dedicated to customer success.

Peg is a strategic addition to the company, and I am excited to have her join the executive team. She brings deep financial services industry experience and operational expertise in building large global success organizations.”
Ms. Johnson boasts about 20 years plus of experience running global service delivery teams within the payments space, working with the world’s largest credit, debit, and prepaid issuers. She joins the i2c from First Data Corporation, where she was Senior VP of business operations and led client services for the company’s Financial Services organization, with 400 employees under her management.
