BillingTree Hosts Symposium Featuring Wayne Newton
BillingTree, a leader in healthcare payment technology, sponsors Wayne Newton’s keynote at the upcoming 19th Annual HFMA Western Region Symposium January 15-18.
Wayne Newton has been named one of the “Top Three Entertainers of the Century, in Nevada and Around the World,” along with Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley.
BillingTree works with organizations of all sizes in the healthcare industry and recently announced the results of its first Healthcare Operations and Technology Survey, which explored the key collection concerns of U.S. healthcare companies.
The results showed healthcare organization collection processes were lagging behind their counterparts in other industries, relying primarily on manual paper-based payments over offering digital payment channels. BillingTree staff will be on-site to discuss how both providers and collectors can improve revenue cycle management while increasing compliance with payment solutions.
The 19th Annual HFMA Western Region Symposium is anticipated to be one of the largest HFMA events in the country. This year, for the first time, the meeting will bring together healthcare industry experts from 13 Western chapters in one location.
“Introducing ‘Mr. Las Vegas’ Wayne Newton is a fantastic way to kick-off the BillingTree team’s attendance at this year’s symposium,” said Greg Mallin, BillingTree’s Director of Business Development. “With more patient payment responsibility, 2017 sets the stage as one of the most challenging years yet for healthcare provider’s receivables. BillingTree’s support and participation at one of highest-profile annual healthcare events is an important opportunity to educate and serve the industry with knowledge, technology and the right tools to improve revenue cycles,” he concluded.
