Today, PrivacyCheq announced a worldwide partnership agreement with KI Design LLC to distribute ConsentCheq CDK, its compliance solution for the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
KI Design is a leading privacy-consulting firm, which specializes in healthcare, retail, and ‘Big Data’ enterprises.
The GDPR requires ‘informed, active consent’ from users before the collection and use of their private data, requiring technical changes to user touchpoints, which has the ability to damage highly, refined user acquisition flows.
Under this specific partnership, KI Design’s team can offer clients accelerated prototyping and optimization of user consent flow as required by GDPR.
The consent ConsentCheq CDK provides a complete set of technical tools, sample models, and cloud services that facilitate GDPR’s requirements for user notice, consent, logging, reporting, breach notice, and parental consent for children under the age of 16.
“Our clients know they must be GDPR compliant by May 2018, but they are just beginning to think through the time table and the potential effect on their properties if GDPR consent is improperly handled. PrivacyCheq has obviously thought through the steps needed for a company to test multiple approaches and optimize their compliance in the short time before GDPR enforcement begins. For us, the ConsentCheq CDK is a tool we can use to swiftly find and deploy the best compliance solutions,” said Dr. Wael Hassan, CEO of KI Design.
Roy Smith, PrivacyCheq CEO commented, “KI Design is a perfect example of a ‘one stop’ GDPR compliance provider, delivering functional compliance solutions, rather than assessments, checklists and recommendations. We are delighted that they will be introducing the ConsentCheq CDK to Canadian Retailers in booth 20 at the RCC Loss Prevention conference on Sept 29, 2016.”
