OT, Compliant with Discover’s Latest Specifications on Dual Payment Cards

OT, a leading global provider of embedded security software products and services, today announced that its dual EMV payment cards are certified by Discover with its latest specifications, D-Payment Application Specification version 1.1.

These unique cards can be accessed worldwide across the entire Discover Global Network, which includes Discover Network, Diners Club International, PULSE and affiliated networks.

OT’s Discover-certified EMV dual interface payment cards can be used to make payments just by tapping them in front of a compatible contactless terminal.

It reinforces OT’s wide EMV certified cards portfolio. Other functionalities like transport, micropayment or access control, can accompany Discover’s payment functionalities.

These cutting-edge payments cards meet international security standards in order help decrease fraud and improve cardholders’ protection.
