First Foundation Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Senior Level Executive Appointments
First Foundation Inc., a financial services company with two wholly owned subsidiaries, First Foundation Advisors and First Foundation Bank, announced the promotions of Executive Vice President Lindsay Lawrence to Chief Banking Officer, and the firm’s Chief Technology Officer, Adrian Darmawan, to Executive Vice President.
“Since joining the firm last year, Lindsay has made tremendous contributions to our business through her charismatic leadership and drive for excellence,” commented Scott F. Kavanaugh, CEO of First Foundation.
Lindsay Lawrence joined First Foundation in 2015 as EVP, Director of Depository Services. She has been leading the charge for the launch of the specialty deposits group in addition to building out the team focused on treasury management and online banking.
Lawrence also oversees bank operations, the development of the retail branch network, as well as working to guarantee customer satisfaction across multiple channels of the bank.
“We have assembled a talented group of bankers that have a relentless drive towards providing excellent client service and, as a result, have been responsible for substantial deposit growth,” said Lawrence. “It is a privilege to be a part of this remarkable team at First Foundation and I am really excited about the future of the firm.”
Before joining First Foundation, Lawrence was the Commercial Deposits Executive at Umpqua Bank, and before that, held executive leadership roles at multiple regional banks where she focused on client growth and firm development.
Kavanaugh continued, “Adrian has helped build our firm to what it is today and his promotion to the executive team is a natural extension of his contributions to the organization. I am extremely proud to have Adrian on our team, not only because of his capabilities as a technology expert, but as a leader who can help propel our firm into our next phase of growth.”
