Global Election Services Arbitration Division To Utilize Blockchain Technology
Global Election Services Inc., a subsidiary of Global Arena Holdings Inc., is set to launch an Arbitration Division in the third quarter of 2015.
The announcement, made by GAHC, also states that the division will utilize blockchain technology to aid in labor and contract disputes.
GES is pegged to work with Blockchain Technologies Corporation to develop the division.
Recent arbitration clauses in labor contracts have become a popular way to resolve many “garden variety” contract disputes, as they are a quick and relatively inexpensive.
They are also seen as a therapeutic process, which relieves shop level tensions without unsettling actions by employees or their labor organizations.
Arbitration Services A Part Of GES
Arbitration services are a part of the services provided by GES, as election services will often yield the opportunity to offer arbitration services to present and potential clients. Also, many elections either need or should need an election arbitrator to help settle issues such as eligibility during the election.
The GES Arbitration Division will be involved in organizing the selection and scheduling process. It will also monitor the hearing and transmitting of the Award of the Arbitrator to the parties.
This represents one of many novel approaches to utilizing the blockchain to simplify and streamline businesses’ critical workflows.
