Terapeak users now have access to valuable selling insights from Alibaba.com, a leading e-commerce platform for merchants. The newly formed collaboration provides online retailers with extensive sourcing and sales analytics.

Individuals interested in the new option will find a new “Source My Inventory” section in the analytics dashboard, where they can search, view, and create filters for over 30 million trending products on Alibaba.com.

Terapeak offers similar services for Amazon and eBay businesses.

“This partnership with Terapeak enables our shared customers, who source inventory on Alibaba.com, to gain more data-driven insights to better inform their sourcing needs and business decisions,” said Michael Lee, International Business Development and Marketing Director for Alibaba.com.

“Terapeak’s growing reach in the e-commerce industry provides our customers with data that allows for a more transparent and trusting relationship between buyers and suppliers, which ultimately streamlines the supply chain in global trade.”

Through the list and other readily available Terapeak research tools, online retailers can price items competitively. The updated data also serves as a reliable reference for sales forecasts and projections.

When it comes to minimizing inventory risks, the robust features may help users understand the demand for their products using actionable market information.

“We wanted to provide Terapeak customers with the ability to uncover global sourcing opportunities, and we believe that Alibaba is the best place to start,” highlighted Kevin North, Chief Executive Officer of Terapeak.

“By working with the world’s largest wholesale marketplace, we can help our merchants source the hottest and most profitable products and sell them more effectively on eBay and Amazon. This is about giving our customers a competitive advantage.”

Alibaba Group, owner of Alibaba.com, is currently the largest technology company in the online and mobile commerce space by gross merchandise volume (GMV).
