Payleven Gets Together with American Express for mPOS Starter Bundle

The mobile POS provider payleven and American Express have together agreed to offer to merchants a starter bundle including a free chip and PIN card reader.

In addition, an American Express Business Gold Card is included in the starter bundle.

Currently, the offer is only made available to businesses in Germany, and the starter bundle can be purchased only through the payleven website, based on a press release.

The business bundle contains technology to securely accept card payments, as well as a flexible credit card that is specifically tailored to their needs.”

This announcement begs the question of when will the starter bundle be offered outside of Germany? Similarly, will the bundle include everything in the current offering.
