Amadeus, a provider of technology solutions for the travel industry, has partnered with payment processing company Worldpay to simplify payments.
Under the agreement, Worldpay’s extensive payment services will be integrated into the Amadeus Payment Platform (APP).
Through Worldpay’s range of payment solutions, Amadeus’ travel customers can now accept more payments in more countries and in more currencies, thus improving the consumer experience.
With the APP, authorization is integrated into the ticketing and selling flow, ensuring a fast and easy payment process to users. Its improved transaction information feature also facilitates payment reconciliation.
The APP provides travel tailored functionalities that guarantee a secure payment environment to both travel providers and travelers.
A single connection to the APP provides access to different payment options. This streamlines the payment process, eliminating the need to integrate additional payment providers.
