Who has the most faith in the upcoming EMV upgrade in 2015?
According to Discover Network, consumer confidence in EMV, or chip-and-signature cards in the United States, increases with age.
The 30 year-old and under demographic, better known as the Millennial generation, has the least confidence in EMV-chipped payment cards.
Perhaps due to greater awareness of vulnerabilities in the Internet age, only 20 percent of Millennial respondents felt that EMV cards would be more secure.
