U.S. Bank Promises Invoicing Simplicity with Viewpost Partnership
U.S. Bank, the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States, has announced a new partnership with Viewpost.
Viewpost aims to digitize invoices, along with providing a variety of tools for small businesses to keep track of and easily manage cash flows.
The partnership will provide the ability for U.S. Bank’s small business customers to connect their bank accounts to the Viewpost network.
Benefits of the service include quick processing of electronic invoices and payments along with connectivity to popular accounting software.
Viewpost is an easy and free to join network, which means it is easier to start using than other invoicing services that can be complicated and costly.
Businesses that wish to use the service will not have to buy any software, change processes, or even use up precious IT resources. 1.3 million existing U.S. Bank small business customers will already have access to the offering thanks to the partnership.
Jeff Parker, SVP of Small Business and Strategy at U.S. Bank, commented that “U.S. Bank continues to look for innovative solutions that help small business customers not only improve their day to day banking, but also their day to day business. Viewpost presents a transparent and unified approach to electronic payments and invoice management, and we are pleased to be one of the first banks to partner with Viewpost.”
As one of the top small business banks in the nation, U.S. Bank is leaning on its experience to take full advantage of the Viewpost partnership.
The two companies are hoping that their combined reputation for speed and simplicity will bring even more small businesses into the fold. Viewpost CEO Max Eliscu added, “we believe this partnership will benefit the day-to-day operations of small business owners and greatly improve the way small businesses send and receive electronic payments.”
