Zipmark Acquires WorkingPoint for Total Billings, Payments, and Processing Solution

Zipmark, the online payment platform, has announced its acquisition of WorkingPoint, a small business management service.

The acquisition positions Zipmark as a comprehensive business management solution, offering business invoicing, tax reporting, inventory management, expense management, and the ability to monitor their finances quickly and easily. Zipmark customers will also be able to send and receive payments at a low fee, easing the management of their cash flow.

Zipmark’s services will extend to all of Working Point’s customer base, streamlining the process of collecting payments online. These businesses will be able to go paper-free, completing the entire payment process online. The paper free option should save businesses both the time and money of dealing with paper checks.
