White-Label Mobile Wallet Platform Paydiant to Offer Loyalty and Rewards Capabilities

White-label mobile wallet provider, Paydiant, has updated its platform to integrate loyalty and rewards programs to drive mobile commerce. Heavy-hitters such as FIS, Capital One, Barclays, and CurrentC, along with national merchants including Subway, and Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, use Paydiant’s solution. Paydiant’s cloud-based platform enables a range of features not limited to just mobile payments, but cardless ATM access, and now loyalty rewards as well. It’s seemingly the next step for positioning the company as a one-stop tool for all payments industry players and retailers that want a plug and play platform that could seriously engage the mobile consumer. Keeping the white-label approach, Paydiant’s loyalty and rewards program can be fine-tuned by the retailer to incentivize shopping at certain locations, frequency, specific times, and even certain payment types, like store-branded gift cards. Chris Gardner, co-founder of Paydiant said, “Paydiant’s mobile wallet solution supports our customers’ desires to foster long-lasting, higher value customer relationships, and our mobile loyalty solution is a cornerstone of this approach.” As consumers become increasingly hip to the idea of mobile payments, in no small part due to Apple Pay, integrating white-label solutions may be more economical (and faster) compared to building from the ground up.
