UnionPay International Optimizes User Experiences at 100 airports

Following offering airport-themed marketing campaigns for three years in a row, UnionPay International announced recently the launch of its new and improved campaign strategy at 100 airports globally.

This will serve to provide discounts and services at multiple types of merchants, including duty free shops, catering stores, souvenir shops, VIP lounges, Wifi rentail, and airport shuttle buses. Henceforth, until February 28, 2018, UnionPay cardholders can enjoy exclusive privileges and value-added services at more than 100 international airports across approximately 30 countries and regions.

Within the past few years, UnionPay International have been devoted to improving its global privilege system to meet cardholders’ wide-ranging demands, launching global campaigns highlighting “Global Airports”, “Famous Business Districts” and “Selected Tourism Destinations” every year. With the ever expanding of these kinds of themed campaigns, UnionPay International launched a cross-border marketing platform, U Plan which experienced a higher level of accuracy international marketing through mobile Internet technology.

Out of the three themed campaigns, the airport is a major place for transport and shopping for international travelers. As such, UnionPay International attaches a considerable amount of significance to enhancing cardholders’ payment experiences at airports, providing massive campaigns.
