AFEX is back in the news feed as one of the world’s largest non-bank providers of global payment and risk management solutions has gotten together with Ecovis to integrate its online global payment management tool.

The tool is referred to as AFEXDirect, and is accessed within Ecovis Online.

AFEXDirect is currently available on the Ecovis Online platform, enabling Ecovis’ business customer base to manage all their international payment and foreign exchange needs 24/7. AFEXDirect streamlines the processes and reduces the costs associated with global payments, offering the ability for clients to create spot transactions and forward contracts and use risk management tools to create greater certainty around the cost of payments.

“AFEX and Ecovis share the common value of providing businesses with the expertise, advice and technology to grow and thrive in a competitive environment,” said Ramnath Ramhit, AFEX’s Head of Integrated Solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “We also share the same commitment to collaboration and are delighted to partner with Ecovis by extending our global payments capabilities to their clients through Ecovis Online.”

Presently, Ecovis Online currently integrates with a tailored network of over 20 different cloud-based apps that automate key business processes, allowing its clients to operate their business more efficiently from one central hub.

“Adding AFEXDirect into Ecovis Online allows our customers to manage their global payments easily, cost effectively and securely,” said David Miles, Managing Partner, Ecovis. “We are delighted to add AFEX to our portfolio of applications and hope this new integration allows us to work together to make global payments for our customers a smooth process.”
